Having held our first ever camp at Windsor Rugby Club in February, Lions Sports Academy will be returning to put on another one this August during the summer holidays. Our camp in February was a fanstastic way to commence our parternship with a great club like Windsor.
In the shadow of Windsor Castle, Windsor Rugby Club is a tremendous setting to hold our camps & with the sun out during summer, we hope it will be bigger & better than last time. Our summer camp will run on the 6th & 7th August between 10am - 3pm.
It is open for all ages from Minis U6 - U11, Boys U12 - U15 & Girls U13 - U18 & all abilities are welcome to join, whether you are an experienced rugby player or looking to get involved in the game for the first time.
This will be great opportunity for all the kids to have fun during their summer holidays, but also more importantly will give them the chance to learn new skills or hone old skills that could help them during the new season that starts less than a month after the camp. As well as developing their rugby skills, our camps will also allow everyone who attends the chance to express themselves & build confidence by introducing them to people who might not necessarily play for Windsor RFC but come from other local clubs or schools.
