At Lions Sports Academy, we believe in inspiring children and young adults to realise their potential through their participation in sport and physical activity.

Our mission is to provide a holistic development where individuals become self-motivated and understand how to develop their body both physically and mentally. It doesn’t matter if they want to play sports at their club or simply be fit and active, we will be there to support their development. Our coaches will connect on an individual level to take away the feeling of being taught, and in a way that gets them to drive them to be a fit and active person for the remainder of their life. 

We will achieve this through our Athlete Development Programme which encompasses both Foundation Strength, a youth resistance training programme and Speed Academy, a youth speed and agility programme.

Our aim with Athlete Development is to create an ecosystem of support for your child through small group sessions with sports nutritionists, physiotherapists and sports rehabilitation professionals alongside the quarterly testing to keep on top of where your child is with their development.
