FOUNDATION STRENGTH

Foundation Strength is a youth resistance training course designed to improve movement through safe and effective training techniques in a gym environment. 

Many parents may be concerned about their child lifting weights from a young age – what about puberty? Will it stunt their growth? or lead to injury?

The truth is that for those who are serious about improving their sporting ability, building strength has to be part of their regularly training.

Our Foundation Strength course has been designed by strength and conditioning professionals to develop muscular strength which will aid their skills development and athleticism on the pitch, whilst helping protect from injury. It is a careful, considered programme tailored to the ability, age and development stage of each child whilst being fun and engaging.
