Whether it's working on your feedback from one of our recent camps, wanting to improve at a specific skill or simply just getting some personal coaching, then 1-2-1 sessions are for you!

Our sessions come in 1, 5 or 10 blocks.

Each session with a Lions coach includes a warm-up followed by strength, fitness and position specific skills. We assess every child so we can tailor the sessions to help players achieve their personal goals. 

The location of our 121 sessions is flexible. We can find a location near to you or, if you have a big enough garden, we can run the sessions at your home.
