Key Camp Details

Location: Blundell’s School, EX16 4DN

Dates: 6th-8th April 2027

Arrival (Day 1): 10:00am

Pick Up (Day 3): 4:00pm

One of our coaching team will be on hand to direct you on arrival

Required Before Camp

– Please ensure your child’s dietary requirements and medical conditions are up-to-date

– If you haven’t done so, please add it to their profile on our website

Rooming Preferences

Coaching Team

– Qualified, DBS-checked coaches

– Experienced in age-grade sports development

– Focus on skill development, confidence, and enjoyment

Pro Player Experience

Players will have the opportunity to:

– Train with a professional player

– Ask questions and gain insights

– Get items signed

We will add the pro player here once they are confirmed.

Safeguarding & Welfare

– All rugby activities follow RFU Regulation 15 (Age Grade Rugby):

– Age-appropriate contact levels (from touch → full contact progression)

– Fully RFU-qualified coaching team

– On-site First Aid provision

– Clear emergency procedures

– NUT-FREE camp

Phone Policy

– Players may bring phones if they wish

– Phones stay in rooms during the day

– No phone use after 10pm

– Devices are brought at own risk

We encourage players to immerse themselves in the experience fully

Swimming

We run recovery/free swim sessions on both evenings

Please bring:

– Swimming trunks

– Sliders / flip-flops

– Towel
