Lions Team Up With London Irish Legend Topsy Ojo &
Lions Sports Academy has teamed up with Former London Irish Winger & England International Topsy Ojo & Rugby Grub (Professional players Harry Elrington & Theo Brophy Clews) to give your son a rugby training experience rivalled with the professional game. This Performance Camp has been designed to educate players on the importance of all training modalities that help the professionals to reach elite-level performance. These modalities include nutrition advice where players will leave with the know-how to make a healthy snack, to eat pre or post-training. A youth resistance training programme delivered by highly qualified coaches, receiving a training plan they can complete at home. And exposure to sports psychology to help players overcome and obstacles along their sporting journey. All players will also receive tips from elite rugby players on how they got to the top of their game!
We believe all players should be able to experience elite-level performance coaching. The purpose of this camp is to provide elite rugby and sports performance to players of all abilities. Whether they are new to rugby or have been playing for many years, we want to help each player to discover their sporting potential.
Lions Sports Academy, RugbyGrub, performance nutrition made easy (Harry Elrington & Theo Brophy Clews of London Irish) and former England International & London Irish player Topsy Ojo have joined up to bring you a hybrid sports performance and development camp involving professional and county level coaching, nutrition, youth resistance training and athlete development.

The outcome of this camp is for all players to experience what elite level sport is like, get insights that they may not be exposed to at their school or club and meet other like-minded players to help each other develop their game.
