Lions Sports Academy will be running three separate age-group camps at Bletchley RUFC between 19th and 21st August. The three camps will be split into a Minis camp, Boys Performance camp and a Girl's Performance camp. All of the camps will run for three days.
The Minis camp will be for those between ages U9 and U12, the Boys Performance is for U13 - U15 and the Girls Performance is for U13 - U18. Each of the camps will run between 10am and 3pm each day.
The prices for each of the camps is as follows:
Minis: £30/day, £55 for 2 days or £80 for 3 days
Girls: £35/day, £60 for 2 days or £90 for 3 days
Boys: £35/day, £60 for 2 days or £90 for 3 days
The aims of the Boys and Girls Performance camps will be to learn more specific skills and techniques which can then be put into a game situation afterwards. The Minis camp will focus more on developing the basic skills of rugby and will involve more fun and active games. The different skills will be taught through these fun games rather than technical drills.
