Lions are proud to announce that we've teamed with Rugby Coach Weekly to provide home-workouts and fitness and conditioning ideas during these uncertain times.
Rugby Coach Weekly supports grassroots rugby clubs and their coaches to be the best they can be. Led by former Bath and Bristol player Dan Cottrell, the e-magazine provides coaching tools and resources created from hands-on experience with grassroots rugby.
“Rugby Coach Weekly is delighted to be partnering Lions Sports Academy to provide strength and conditioning resources for coaches and their teams," says Dan,
"We are always keen to promote safe, practical and appropriate advice to our audience. Andy and his team have had lots of experience in the club and schools arena.
"We look forward to developing more resources in the coming weeks and months, with some innovative ways to make the best use of the facilities clubs and schools have at their disposal,” he says.
Lions are delighted to be working closely with Rugby Coach Weekly to provide weekly strength and conditioning training for grassroots rugby players and coaches.
Andy Jones, founder of Lions Sports Academty, said,
"I'm really excited to be partnering with Rugby Coach Weekly. We both share a similar goal of helping people reach their sporting potential, whether that is through being a coach or a youth player.
"Lions will be providing weekly strength and conditioning sessions for coaches who are looking to keep their teams in good physical condition from home."
