Q: How long have you been coaching for?

I've been coaching for just over eight years.

Q: How long have you been coaching with Lions?

For around two months now.

Because of the diverse range of coaching opportunities that Lions have to offer.

I am qualified to level-2 in both fitness and rugby union coaching. I'm also a rugby sevens coach.

I play for the Civil Service Stags based in Chiswick, London, a club with a long and illustrious history formed in 1863 and Tropics 7s, a London based invitational 7s rugby team.

Q: What is your ultimate goal as a coach?

To give players a platform to grow and express themselves through sports.
