Build Your Children's Confidence & Ability To Take On New Challenges

Lions Sport Academy will be returning to Old Reigatians RFC on 14th August for an exclusive girls Athlete Development Day. Running between 10am & 3pm the day will feature a number activities that will look to help every individual understand how to develop their bodies both physically and mentally.

These will include:

- S&C Traning

- Nutrition & Health Advice

- Fitness Training

- Speed Training

- Agility Training

- Injury Prevention Exercises

- Team Building Challenges

We believe in a development where individuals can become motivated and understand how to develop their body both physically and mentally. Everything that we believe in a health and performance systems put the athlete first; it doesn’t matter if they want to play sports at their club or just be fit and active, we will be there to support their process. If we can connect on an individual level, we can impact them in a way that they don’t feel like they are being taught, but in a way that gets them to drive them to be a fit and active human.

Our Athlete Development Day will help individuals to be physical activity, socialise, create, play, solve problems and fundamentally learn new skills.

By doing all of this, we aim to increase each athlete's athletic performance, increase their confidence and reduce their chances of injury while having lots of fun through their process of development.

Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity. Join us now.
