Priscilla is an exceptional coach & is highly experienced. We are super excited for her to have joined Lions & to be working with us. How long have you been coaching?
I have been coaching sport for a long time, about 10 years. I have been coaching strength and conditioning for 3 years.
How did you get into it and why coaching?
I have always enjoyed sports and dance and travelling to new places. After leaving full time education before my degree, I got a job working as a Women and Girls’ sports coach and this opportunity helped me to learn coaching skills. I enjoy working and passing on my expertise to other people.
I have chosen to work for Lions because I can see the potential for the company to expand in the strength and conditioning department and I would like to be part of journey.

I enjoy coaching Strength and Conditioning to different ages of children. Strength and conditioning sessions will help children progress in their sport and reach the next level in their career. Seeing children progress is a source of great satisfaction to me.
Interests and Hobbies?
I have interests are weightlifting, kayaking, sailing and hillwalking.
